TalkTalk is the winner of the Daily Mail Wooden Spoon award for providing the worst customer service in 2010.

Dido Harding, chief executive of TalkTalk, who personally received the award, says: ‘I absolutely recognise that we have not provided a good service to some of our customers this year, for which I apologise.’

At last they have said something.

Well absolutely no surprises there.

I've heard they have rebranded themselves to try to improve things and address the honesty problems.

They are now called TalkSh*t.
