It doesnt make any money. It is just a tax wrapper product. It's where you choose to invest the money that matters. There should be a range of funds available and you should be in a spread of them. SL's website has peformance figures on their funds.2. Whether you are obliged to change product if you leave NHS employment?
I dont know about this version but usually Standard Life Group PPP/SHP allow conversion to individual plans.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
