I am having huge problems finding a PS2 Network Adaptor at a good price, has anyone purchased or seen it recently at a good price?

Saw one in Perth, (Scotland) WHSmith's recently for £2.490

I'm also after one of these, seem to sell for £35-40 on ebay but have been told you used to be able to pick them up for £20 from various websites.
Have also seen some unofficial wireless ones about that would be handy, although I presume you need this 'access disk' to get online and you cant get one unless you buy an official network adpator!

Unless you're trying to add a hard drive it may also be worth bearing in mind that the slimline PS2s have a network port-built in....Wins so far this year: It's been a quiet year so far

Mines the old style ps2 so will require an adaptor unfortunately. I expect due to the slimline having one built in and the ps3 arriving soon, these things are going to become pretty scarce. Hence the price hike on ebay.0
