Heres a few ideas for everyone :

1) Send a little email (Totally Free)

2) Send an animated e-card from a site like https://www.123greetings.com (Totally Free)

3) Send a christmas card in the post

4)Apply for some freebies you think they may like, and send them a little parcel

5) Get your kids to draw or paint some pictures to send, or get them to make a little card to send (you could even include a photo).

Hello, thanks to you all

i wondered if i could ask for some help here please. We have had an email from one of our Pals mums (her son Jamie passed away) his best friend was Jack, now Jack is really ill and needs some cheering up, but i dont have enough details to get him up on our site. His cancer has relapsed and is very ill with pleurisy, his Mum's asked if we can send some things his way as he is bored and really down.



He is about 7,
