    Yayyy for getting the last one! :T Good luck with the home-made gluton free bread. A friend of mine has just been diagnosed and has tried to make her own gluten free bread with little success so far.

    She has managed to get the bread on prescription but says its flavourless and has the texture of a bath sponge! :(

    Yes we've been sampling supermarket brands and my son reckons they all taste like stale cake:D I'm going to use my TCB Amazon voucher to get the Phil Vickery gluten-free cookbook and hope I can do better myself!

  • One of our local farms supplies all sorts of Gluten Free products, including beer! Have posted link to the site as they also can supply bread and cake mixes. It may be of help to you :)
