Help needed - PLEASE !!

Can anyone give some tips on how to win comps.. ive been entering every day for the past couple of months now and i havent won anything... im getting so depressed and sad and even sadder when i read that people are winning and im not ive lost count of the number of comps im entering... any tips on how i can increase my chances of winning?
I thought id get a great start to 2011 but obv not x

1) The more you enter, the better your chances.
2) Entering comps that require some effort increases your chances as less people enter them
3) Dont give up. We all have times when we dont win much/anything. Keep entering and you will win eventually.

It sounds harsh but if it's making you depressed perhaps comping is not for you. It's a hobby and should be fun. You can't expect to win, only hope that you do.

thanks davross but im thinking of giving up! i dont think im going to get anywhere with this! ive been trying for ages now but im coming to the point where i think im wasting my time..i sit here for hours sometimes hoping for a nice but lucks not on my side x

it doesnt sound harsh! but no i dont expect to win.. but i just need a bit of luck!! take it u werent expecting to win your winnings ?

Don't give up. I'm sure you'll get a win soon!!!! Everyone has dry periods when all you get through your letterbox are bills But then one day a jiffy will appear :T I've just had a WEM from a comp the ended in October!!!!!

Hi like others have said if you don`t enjoy it maybe it`s not worth doing. Your signature prizes are not bad though for comping a few months x

My advice would be to stop thinking about it. See everything on here as a shopping list, think oh I'd like that, enter the comp and forget about it and move on to the next one.

Never think 'I wont win that'

They were from early last yet when i wasnt really into comping! then i started getting into it and thats when i stopped winning !! I do enjoy it dont get me wrong but i think i just get my hopes up too quickly. x

There is no secret and as I have learned it all down to the comping fairy and luck x

I think ill take your advise.. i think i think too much about this comping maybe if i stop thinking i may win sumething nice xx
