just looking for opinions on how long to wait for a reply from cs?
I am waiting for a reply from cs to an email I sent to bhs on friday, The hut I sent last monday, and Debenhams but i only sent this sunday.
How hard is it for someone to just reply:mad:

Most companies have a policy on replying, it may be that you get an "acknowledgement" fairly quickly, within a week to ten days and then a reply within a further time frame.0
