  • thank you x
  • I agree, I have 4 pairs all true to size. I am not a millionaire, I live near a QVC outlet.

They went down to £25 a pair last March/April :D

I got a pair of Emu's from Amazon last year for £17 & this did come up big and have got even more roomy since I've been wearing them.... maybe that's why they were £17 :D

Wow, I can't believe how much EMUs retail for now! I worked in a store that sold them when they first came out and as staff we could buy them at cost price which was £20! (We sold them for £40) This was only two years ago and I'm pretty sure they haven't changed the quality of them. It's amazing how much the price rockets once a brand becomes better known :)

Thank god I'm not the only one thinking the same thing.
I bought a pair after a thread on MSE for £30 about two years ago.
I was horrified to see they are now around the same price as deckers Uggs
    What on earth has happened?

yep defo fake site - general rule is that any site with the word UGG in it ( apart from uggaustralia.com) is a fake!

I have 4 emu's and 4 uggs and whilst my uggs will always be my favs, I am wearing my hi emu's a lot more recently and they are definately a lot warmer! I have always bought my exact size and they are perfect!

2 years ago I paid £37 for my Emu Brontes. Last year I paid well over £100 for my Emu Stingers. Brontes have a suede outer unlike Stingers which are sheepskin. Do they even still make Brontes?!?
