It's crazy getting horrible attitude for a freebie! It's true what someone else said, what happens to the leftovers?...

Personally I'm on a quest to stamp out bad service -I complain more than Victor Meldrew! A new Tesco has opened very close to me but the staff are uniformly unpleasant, I hate going in there.

Got mine today - the SA did not want to give it to me :p:rotfl:

    Had in it:

Cookbook - Real Food, Real Fast - Sam Stern
Kids Book - Teach your Granny to Text .....
    Sample of LactoFree Milk
    Tissues
    Hand Sterilising Wipes
    Cereal Bar
    1 Week supply of Vitamins
100 point voucher for £5 spend at the Pharmacy counter

I was shopping in Tesco's (Ladywood, B'ham) - I didn't go in just to get the bag but I remembered about when I went to pick up a Quit Kit :D

Finally got mine. The woman was really horrible about it though.am actually going to complain about her. It was like the scene on Ghost when Whoopi Goldberg gave the nun the cheque but didn't want to let go!:rotfl:

I bought some throat lozenges & when I left she said 'Hope your throat gets better'! I was naughty and said 'I hope your attitude does too'! haha! :rotfl:

Aw I saw this too late I think. I've just posted asking for recommendations for a kid's cookbook and this was suggested. The nearest Tesco with a pharmacy is a 50 mile round trip away and it's very unlikely they'll have any left now.

What do people think about the cookbook that was included?
Herman - MP for all! :)
  • My friend and I took the last two at our local Tesco this morning. The male sales assistant who served me was happy to give it to me when I asked for it but my friend had to be a little more pushy with the lady who served her and looked at her blankly when she asked!
