free goody bag tesco pharmacy

Options
Apologies if this has already been posted (this is my first thread - did a search so fingers crossed im doing ok lol)

Over this weekend i went to the pharmacy at my local tescos and the lady offered me a free goody bag. Technically i had to buy something to get offered the bag but you can literally buy the cheapest thing there (just over a pound for cocodamol)

In my goody bad i received

* Cook book (worth £10)
* Child's caving the planet book (£10 and very very good!)
* Tissues
* Immune system tablets
* liquid iron sachet
* Cereal bar
* sample of milk

and a few other bits.

The books alone are brilliant - im guessing every pharmacy is doing this offer in Tescos, worth an ask at least?? :)

  • This is a fantastic freebie.

    I really recommend it. My grandson is going to love the children's activity book.

    Yeah most tesco's will hide them away completely unless you specifically ask for them you wont get them, and half of the time the staff have to ask supervisors what or where it is lol.
  • I told my sister about the goody bag, so she went up to the pharmacy in tescos (the exact same one i had been to only hours earlier) and she didn't get offered a bag (someone different was serving).

    When she asked for it however, the lady was full of apologies and said she keeps forgetting to offer them out!!! :eek:

    so.... if you don't get offered, definately ask for one!

    Happy shopping :)

    Claire ;)

    For the first time I got one of those goodie bags!- didn't have to buy anything but I did have a trolley load anyway. Also phoned a friend and she got the last one in her local Tesco (Pinner) yesterday. Thanks very much! :j
