                    Hi
After a bit of advice really as this has been going on for a couple of years now.
We had a guy come round our house, gave us details of a better mortgage, we decided to take it out with his company and was awarded £200 cashback on the morgage (part of the deal)
But we decided not to complete in the end, as after reading in depth, we weren't happy with what we were paying back.
But the £200 cashback has been sitting in an account for us for near on 2 years i think now.
We sent a cheque for the cashback to the morgage people as advised saying we didn't complete etc. but this was never cashed.
Just wondering what we do, can we now withdraw it, or is it not legally ours ??
thanks

            Is the Company still trading?
After 2 years one assumes that they are not longer bothered in recovering this money. Suggest you use it to pay down your own mortgage.0
