I have a problem

First off I would Like to say thank you to PA2539 as I recieved a letter stating that I had won a £50 smyths voucher from buzz :rotfl:But my problem is, is that it came in a royal mail damage bag as the letter had been opened and theres's no voucher in :(:( I have Emailed the Royal mail and the email on the comp letter, D you think that there is anything that can be done, It would really come in handy as I have 4 children at home 3 of which that have birthdays in the next couple of months xx

The comp organiser might cancel the voucher number and resend another, just depends on the organiser, and only they can claim back via royal mail, so if they do that they should be able to replace your item.xxxx

Ok thank you so much, I just dont think its fare I know i didnt pay for it but it was mine and I think its mad that someone has gone through my post xxx

oh dear,sorry to hear that,i believe how you feel ,i had similar trouble myself

hopefully is sorted for you but the company who delivered the prize need to make a lost item or damage claim to the royal mail and it takes a long time to solve it but be positive maybe is another solution

Hi Lizzie

I am so sorry to hear that your card has gone missing.

I have received one of those, each card seems to have a number (I have a receipt which has a pin number and the last 4 digits of the card). I wonder if it is possible to get in touch with Smyths as they may have a record of where each card was sent. They could perhaps cancel your card and issue another.

I know it is a long shot but it might be worth a try.

as the vouchers have a number they should be able to cancel as long as it has not been spent - good luck

Hope you get it sorted. You had better contact them double quick though, because if it has been taken the culprit will probably be eager to spend it before he/she is discovered.

unless its sent Special Delivery then they wont be claiming for anything
