Cherry Tomatoes in Tomato Juice (400g tin)

Has anyone bought this product?

I need cherry tomatoes in a meal I am making and as it'll be cooked I thought this might be an acceptable alternative to fresh!

Also do you think the leftovers can be frozen??

I've bought tinned ones to use in preserves.

I wouldn't substitute them for fresh.

They are like normal tinned toms, just smaller.

Ymmv but complete 'meh' wrt the one (and only) time I bought them. They are already cooked, don't really see any use for them. They are not like, say, red peppers in a jar that can be similar to ones toasted from fresh.

As the whole meal will be cooked I thought they might be a suitable alternative... although I have also considered just using tinned tomatoes instead... The recipe calls for spinach and feta and tomatoes... and I just can't afford them all!
