Company credit card - previous employer hasn't paid outstanding balance

I agree with this. It was the same when we used to have company credit cards - sadly those days have long gone since the credit crunch and our company withdrew company credit cards for all but the directors. I seem to recall having to sign an agreement that made it clear about the liability for the card as well, but I may be wrong as it was a few years ago now.0
