    Cath, I get more than that in benefits and there is only me and I work as well. You have 3 kids so should be getting a lot more.

    On another post you say you get £88 per week in benefits and £750 from your partner. That's £381.33 per month in benefits. With the £750 you get from your partner that's £1311.33 per month, not £788.

    sorry it should read 750 per month from partner and ive accidently put 88 per month for benefits thats my weekly figure, sorry for confusion gettin all worked up trying to figure things out! also does the part about what partners wage is after tax mean the total? co the statement of affairs from court asks what he contributes

    Based on a quick calculation on entitledto you should be getting £16,468 in benefits every year. About £1,367 per month. That much more than you claim to be getting.

    You have no income. Therefore his contribution is 100% so put it all down.

    Partner obviously earns more than the £750 per month quoted. ;)
