Some advice please

Back in august i won a TotalRock comp for a signed CD.
However i wasnt notified until 17th November.
The lady apologised and said she send it otu pronto. Heard nothign by 9th December so politely inquired and was told she deffo post in next few days but that she worked full time and she had a back log of work to do for TotalRock and she was sorry.

Now i emailed again 24th December as felt i was being fobbed off as won thisprize 5months ago and so surely it should be high priority just stick 3 first class stamps on an envelope cant be hard.

Very disappointed as was hoping to give to hubby for xmas as been yet another 2 weeks and no sign of it. Just taken my post from postman as had small package and he says thats it for xmas they cleared in office. Its been 5.5 weeks since you told me i won but 5.5 months since comp closed.

Will i ever get this ????

I'm so sorry, but I have been extremely busy, as I explained before. I am not in London until after new year now, but I will make sure this gets sent in the first week of January.

I mean how long am i expected to wait?? Its just a CD but my husband been looking forward to receiving for almost 2months now. 6 months since comp ended

I suspect that it's time to taket this to their facebook page or contact the site/magazine editor. She may have left the company and failed to pass on her workload. There are lots of reasons, but that does not justify putting you through this or taking the shine of your win. I hope your get your prize. I hate it when companies/sites do this to winners. It's deeply unfair. Good luck. x

I'd include the total rock editor in an email, and try once more if u haven't recd it in a week, state clearly you ahve been left in an awkrad and embarrassing position of haveing to continuall chase this up and therefore to save yourself anymore upset you will pass this on to the Ipm to look into.
