1. The competition will start on Friday 9th April 2010 and the closing date for receipt of entries to be included in the competition is 12:00 noon Friday 14th Jan 2011.
2. To enter, you must fill in the Feedback form and then enter your email address when prompted. The Fortmason Hamper from Fortnum & Mason will be awarded to two winners, selected completely at random. Entrants must agree to and abide by the Terms and Conditions in order to enter the Competition.
3. This promotion is open to UK residents only except employees and their immediate families of Arla Foods Limited, their agents and anyone else professionally connected to this promotion.
4. Parental permission is required for entrants aged under 16 years. By entering your email address you declare that you have permission from your parent or guardian if under 16 years.
5. It is only possible to enter this competition online.
6. Each winner will be awarded one one Fortmason Hamper from Fortnum & Mason. The two winners will be announced on https://www.milkmatters.co.uk on Friday 14th January 2011 at 3pm.
7. Each winner will be notified by email to the email address they supply when they enter the promotion within a week of the closing date. If a winner does not respond to the notification email within 7 days of receipt or if they cannot be contacted within 7 days of receipt the promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to withdraw prize entitlement and to award the prize to a substitute who will be selected at the same time as the original. The same acceptance period will apply to the new winner.
8. The winner will receive their prize within 21 days of confirming their postal address via email.


This comp. has been running since April, but I cannot see it on here anywhere. Two questions - you only need to answer 1. Milkmatters have had a few games on their site, and they want to know if these games have affected your decision to recommend Cravendale. Answer either yes or no for either a Cravendale consumer or non-Cravendale consumer. Enter email address and that's it. I really cannot believe this is not on here.

I received the same using Firefox version 3.6.13
