Hi,
Hoping someone here has the Poang footstool and can answer a couple of questions.
Does the stool fit under the chair when not in use?
Is the stool strong enough for an adult to stand on ( just briefly to open/close the window)
Thanks,
Slinky

No to the first question.
The second, well, I've stood on it and I'm quite heavy, and the ply base isn't going to struggle to take an adult's weight. But, the ply base sits in a couple of grooves and if one of them isn't too well defined or of the bolts holding the thing together are a bit loose then there's got to be a chance it will slip out. But there again, life is too short to avoid all risk and you're only going to fall a foot if the worst happens. Go for it.0 -
Thanks very much for your reply. I can live with the stool not sliding under the chair, being able to hop onto it to open the window will be very useful though
Thanks,
