This looks to be a bargain, a Duncan Fearnley cricket bat, in several sizes, £30 off making it £4.99 plus £3.99 postage.

There are loads of other bargains in the clearance section, including clothing, footwear and golf clubs.

I know it's the winter, but M&M direct are knocking out kids sized Duncan Fearnley bats for £4 (RRP £35) and adults for £15 (RRP £65) - I've ordered a few for birthday party presents.

Have the seen the interactive cricket bat at M&S, looks fun but bit pricey at £39.50. On 3 for 2 so maybe if you were buying another 2 things it would be ok as you would get a third off. Better with the real thing though at £4.

Shopping Tips
Don't spend five pounds to dry clean a shirt. Donate it to the charity shop instead. They'll clean it and put it on a hanger. Next morning buy it back for two pounds.0 -

If I could thank you 100 times I would!
Not spotted this although I'm a M&S addict! My little bro plays for Lancs under 19's... He obsessed with cricket and has his cricket ball in a sock in the back garden, he's out there hitting it for 3-4 hours everyday! He also does that 'man thing'... everything he picks up he uses as an imitaion bat to hit an imaginery ball! Mum's dried twigs/vases etc! EVERYTHING... he had to take a new sweeping brush into school as he broke theres for practising shots with that too!
He will LOVE this! Don't think I can wait till X-mas to give it him though!
Thanks again0 -

I take it they're crap then? £65 is nothing for a cricket bat.

Not just my boys then - mine do the bowling action anywhere, anytime regardless of who is in the way. I feel fortunate that one of us hasn't got a black eye yet!!! I said I wasn't buying them anything else but.........they would so love that.*flutterby* wrote:If I could thank you 100 times I would!
