I collected a sample from John Lewis 2-3 weeks ago, with another voucher (now expired, previously posted on the 'Print cosmetics vouchers' thread). Mine is a 5 ml sample. I don't know whether they'll offer the same size samples though. Worth checking anyway, if there's a store near you.
