OP until you face upto and decide to actually do something about what you already owe, without taking on more debt, you are beyond help.
When you do realise what a mess you are in and are serious about getting out of it, then come back as there are loads of people around the boards who can help you get on the road to being debt free.
In the meantime carry on fritter away all your money taking on more debt, you will eventually wake up and smell the coffee.0
