could anyone tell me where i stand if i have a secured loan but the company are not named on my mortgage do they still have legal rights to try to reposess ?

they will have a registered 2nd charge on your home,i.e if its sold the mortgage co get their money 1st then the loan co 2nd,and yes if you dont meet the payments it could eventually lead to repossession0
