If you currently pay your Council Tax over 10 months you could give them a call as they will let you do it over 12 months instead, thus reducing the monthly outgoings a little more. Otherwise I can only echo what's been said above regarding gas, electric & telephone etc. Shop around, you can save a fair bit by doing so.
