i went to the one in wednesbury(j9 m6) picked up 2 large ones for £10 each there were loads left no signs showing any form of discount/offer even staff did not know they were reduced!!

if its the same size then its reduced on the main system,because i was on the phone to cs when i was looking at the rugs and she said it was def reduced by checking the barcodes,when i asked the man to check he said that one wont be reduced its 169 quid,but i made him check the computer anyway and hey presto 10 quid he was shocked to say the least,so make them check and if they still say its full price make them ring cs

Lugged it all the way to the till and it was scanned at £109...they were very helpful though and showed me a list off all the reduced rugs...all of which were gone of course. They said different areas had different reductions.
Do you have the cs number handy please.
Now phoned a few branches and all say the red is not reduced...you did well.

argh i think you may have misread my post it was soho terracotta i got not the red which i originally tryed with no luck,i was at the point of divorce if i mentioned b and q again so its a good job i found one:rotfl: :rotfl:

0845 609 6688 was the cs number i used,and i must say these ppl are a credit to b&q they couldnt do enough to help,a rare find these days with cs
