IVA question

Hi, i'm nearly about to start an IVA, as i think thats probably the best route for me to go, however i was going to claim my bank charges back but i'm not sure how this will affect the IVA when the banks are voting.
I thought about waiting till they have agreed the IVA then claim for the amount back even though it will go back into the pot better than leaving it for the banks
has anyone tried this?
thanks

I left my claim until after my IVA was accepted as that was much more important to me. Dont know if it made any difference but I wouldn't change what I did.Debt as at 12th July 2006 - £61,345
Debt free 21st Oct 2011.
All thanks to :money:0
