Hi,
We live in Leeds. My spouse wishes to apply for an internal transfer to Surrey as there is a suitable job opening there. This process may take 3-4 months with a 100% chance of getting the job.
Btw, we have friends there in Surrey who suggested some properties which we love and it is well within our budget. Now my question is whether mortgage can be applied before moving there?
