Anyone heard of/hold any opinion on 'Accord' mortgages? I suspect they must be someone else in disguise.

    Accord Mortgages is part of the Yorkshire Building Society and does all its lending via brokers. Mortgages from YBS itself are only available via its branches and the internet.

    Mortgage products are different for both lenders.

    If it's any use I actually rate them quite highly for assisting brokers to get cases to offer quickly. Some of their mortgages are quite innovative aswell.

    Good products, good service standards, can be a little slow when busy though and do sometimes need a gentle 'nudge' to get things moving again.

    Kept on top of though they are fine.
