Further to the thread about how Sky give you deals if you threaten to cancel, do virgin do this? Used to do it on sky all the time but have now switched to Virgin and seem to be paying a lot.

Oh yes, Ive done it a few times with Virgin, just tell em you have been offered a better deal with Sky or BT and your calling to cancel (assuming 12 Months or over on your contract). They will put you through to their retentions dept, who will offer you the World to stay with them
