Surley if they accept your order and you get a conformation email this is a contract to sell ???.
Im still waiting for my email telling me mines canceled but has anyone rang customer service and complain ???.
I know im waiting to ring when mine comes!!!

Hi scaffolder. No sorry, the law states that you are only entitled to the item at that price if they've already charged you. As HMV (like nearly everyone else now because of the law) only charge on dispatch, they can cancel without issue.

I'm sure that somewhere in the small print there is a get out clause - plus the T&C's of the 15% voucher said is wasn't valid on consoles. The only reason it worked on this one was due to the fact HMV had it in the games section of the web-site not the console section.
