Nope, no email, just went on my paypal to have a nose and it said it both transactions had been cancelled. Got the number for customer services, and it opens at 8:30, so i'm going to call up and complain.

I'm pretty sure if they'd have cancelled a normal transaction for no reason, many people would be on the blower, so I think this is fair.

Hopefully everyone elses orders will be safe xxx
