    Hmmm.. I'm never in though! Always miss parcels! & store pick up is free?! lol

    Well, it doesn't make much difference anyway as even when i'm in DHL (boots choice of courier) tell me that I'm out when they try to deliver.... 5 phone calls that took me to resolve! Apparently the driver had been fibbing to make his performance targets look a bit better...

    But then again last year my stuff arrived the next day... so swings and roundabouts really :)

    i picked my Tesco order up from store last week and it had been opened! are they supposed to be able to open the delivered to store boxes? this time i will be ordering well over £100 but it would be good to know for future???

    I've picked items up from boots twice, and both times they've been in a large, still sealed & undamaged box!
