I went to Slimming World tonight, but missed the new members talk. I cannot for the life of me get my head around the extra easy days! Is there somewhere on the net I could find out more about it? There isn't much in the book about it!

Just preparing my bag for the morning, nealy had a heart attack when i opened my purse to rearrange it so my bank card and my boots card were together....THE BOOTS CARD HAD GONE!!

Searched high and low.... turns out ive tacked it to the mirror with a post-it saying 'Remember Me!'

Have no idea when i did that.
I may need to sleep now.
