    Starbucks at Pride Park Stadium, Derby would not honour the coupon as "We are a franchise". Could not buy a coffee with my Starbucks card either as "We are a franchise". !!!!!!.

    Yes, they said that to me when I handed over my card too, so we went elsewhere. The cardholder rewards of free whipped cream and syrup in my latte are what I have my card for.

    I don't have a printer either but I pay 10p per A4 print at the Library. I had to go past the Library on the way to Starbucks anyway, so not too much hassle :)

    I had one of those the last time they had that offer - the filter coffee was terribly bitter i had to add loads of milk and sugar to make it more palatable
