    This is a free prize draw from Winning Smiles Dental Surgery, no purchase is necessary
    Entrants must be over 18
    The Draw will be made on 15th of each month, or the following Monday if it’s a weekend.
    We will contact the winner by phone.
    We will publish the name of the winner on the website for transparency’s sake, a condition of accepting the offer.
    The winner needs to make an appointment for the tray fitting within 90 days of being notified
    The winner needs to be able to travel easily to our Dental Surgery in Romford, Essex. ( J28 of the M25)
