Filled 3 massive carrier bags and till was saying total (so far) - £8 something it was fantastic. got some 2m tinsel 25p a pop from £1.98 I think it was,

I went in yesterday and got some red champagne glasses for 75p for 2, annoying thing is I got 4 packs but have been charged for 5, but I didnt notice until I got home and its not worth me travelling 10 miles for 75p! Never mind. I also got some oil dipping sets for 2.50 wanted these when they were 50% off but resisted. I got a washing basket for 75p, loads of dettol products for 1.00. I also got some little tea light holders. I think all in all I saved about £50.00 and I paid £17.41 for everything I bought. :j

  • Hamilton store had lots of bargains; all Christmas decorations (excluding lights) were 25p good selection of baubles and tinsel. The wrapping paper mentioned earlier. Also lots of gift items like Coronation Street mug for about £1, the So perfume sets, some top gear soap and body was sets for £1, Old Spice and adidas sets all with 75% off - sorry I'm rubbish with exact prices I put my receipt up in the loft with my goodies but worth a look if your local - Motherwell didn't seem to have much left.

Also noticed quite a few half price reductions. They had a Peppa Pig musical instrument set from £12 down to £6, knex, Bob the builder work sets, big boxes of mega blocks which had been reduced from £20 to £15 then half price again and quite a few other things. Again Hamilton had the best selection.
