    Sorry to hear that Amara.
As you say you have no choice but to keep going.
Try not to worry too much.
Might you be able to change the DD date?
    Might that help?

Thank you, Beanielou. My business slowed down a bit ,but seems to picking up again. DH works almost every Saturday, overtime helps. We've been living on a tight budget , but fine, but charges are just awful. I've called today place I used to work as a casual worker, maybe I'll get some jobs. We'd been fine, but because charges we're going overdrawn, then get more charges and so on. Hard.

Might you be best to open a new basic bank account to try to avoid the bank charges?

I've already done it , but still got charges and overdraft on my current account . I don't know how to cope with it.
  • Thank you Amara for agreeing to run the next challenge and apologies that I presumed you would just do it! I hope your business picks up soon :)

Today I recieved £50 from paypal for my ebay sales so I've transferred that onto my card so my balance is now:

    £1251.09/2251.60

I hope we get our quidco payments soon - I checked my quidco account and that £75 cashback from my home insurance policy is showing as paid there so fingers crossed it arrives in my bank soon!

Amara sorry to see you upset. You are normally so positive. Do you do any of the extra money earners like surveys, dooyoo, or anything like that? I know it takes a while to come through, but it does help. This month i have had £70 from those sources. I have also just scrapped some metal stuff we had around, and got £32 for that. Anything you can sell?

I just wanted to report in. My normal payment went out today, and i rounded it up to the nearest hundred.

    So, Day 65, i am at 2227.23,

Which is 227.23 towards the 2nd £500 target.
