Part time job ideas?

I wonder if anyone may know of any companies/jobs that would employ people to work part time but different days each week.
I can work 2 days a week, but to fit around my husbands shifts/childcare etc these 2 days will be his days off so will be a different 2 days each week. I can forecast the 2 days months in advance.
Am happy to work any times on the 2 days - early morning, evenings, weekends etc.
Some twenty-plus years ago I worked in McDonalds whilst at college and they used to let you tell them each week what hrs you could work, but as I say that was a long time ago and they probably don;t even want a near-40 mum!
Ideally shops etc would be ideal but am flexiable, any ideas where to look would be very welcomed

I think a near 40 mum would be a great asset when there are a lot of inexperienced young uns working, don't write yourself off!Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.0 -
McDonald still work along the same flexible shift method of allowing you to tell them when you are available to work . Burgerking also have the same method of rota .The loopy one has gone :j0
