Missed delivery from the Home delivery network

Missed a delivery from home delivery network , anyone else had a delivery from this today ?
The card was put through the door stating it was left with a neighbour, But they say they did not have anything.
any ideas i have gone on line to reschedule delivery for monday online , with the unique reference number on the card and it said re-schedule was successful.
I am not expecting anything , and are a bit unsure why they said left with our next door neighbour if not.
I will have to see if it turns up on monday. fingers crossed xx
