Fixed rate interest only mortgage

I only have 4years left to run on my mortgage. I am trying to find a fixed rate, no fee, no penalty for early repayment, interest only mortgage for the remainder of the period but because the outstanding debt is under £50,000 (£44,500) I am having difficulty finding a mortgage lender who is competitive. My current lender's interest rate is 5.50%. Any suggestions?

Could you extend the length of the mortgage term and then still pay it up early as you planned in the 4 years?
If this is possible?£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4

That's what I thought might be possible but the main barrier to getting a good deal sseems to be the amount, under £50,000.0
