Scottish Water Insurance

I have just had yet another letter from Scottish Water offering me insurance for the water supply within my property.
Has anyone investigated this? Is it worth having or just a money raiser by SW?
Thanks for any advice offered.

Is the letter from Scottish Water or from the Homeserve insurance company touting for business?

Letter heading is Scottish Water and their PO box address, but below that it says 'customer data not provided by Scottish Water' - that was when I realised that this letter was addressed to 'The Homeowner' although others have been addressed to me personally.
And enquiries should be directed to Homeserve phone no - so ins. touting.
I have now checked my house ins. and I am covered for
'Accidental damage to underground pipes or cables serving your home'
Sorry, I should have checked that first.
