Loan decision reffered

l have apllied for a medical loan over the phone this morning. After being kept on hold for about 5 minutes for a decision l was told it has been referred. Anyone knows what that means, did l not meet their lending cretiria?

    Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
    Probably means you're being referred to a more senior underwriter.

    Will mean a more detailed conversation about your incomings/outgoings etc.
