Just need some advise from all you experts!!! Made tuna pasta bake for dinner last night and (I'm learning!) made an extra dish so I could freeze it! :j
So I have a meal all prepared for dinner next week but I wanted to ask do I let it defrost first then re-heat it or do I put it in the oven straight from frozen??

I would let it defrost first. It will take less time in the oven & the heat will distribute more evenly. Well done. :TDon't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.

I'm making this for tonight! There's always enough left to freeze for ad easy meal another time - I generally let it defrost before heating it up in the oven. Sometimes I have reheated it from frozen and it has stayed a bit cold in the centre but the edges have dried out.0

cam you freeze it in the dish you cooked it in?Snootchie Bootchies!0

I would definitely let it defrost, otherwise the outside will be well cooked and the middle, still lukewarm.
If you line the dish you'll reheat it in with foil or clingfilm.....freeze it in the dish, then once frozen remove it and reclaim your dish so that you can pop it into it when you are ready to cook the pasta bake.
