land registry help

hi all,
I have to help my parents register their business premises.land registry have given us forms FR1 and SLDT to complete.They Lr have also stated that we seek solicitors advice in completing and that is what we will have to do as I do not understand it.
I have had a few quotations from solicitors and the minimum they charge is £350 plus VAT.I was wondering if anybody knows of firm who could do it for less. We are located in Cardiff-South Wales.
