    sup all.

    hope everything is swell... 25min run tmrw at gym woot woot! if i have issues, im gona repeat this week (week 6) of the couch to 5k program - repeated every other week, why change the habit of a lifetime...

    on an interesting challenge note - think i could loose 3stone and potentially be able to run a marathon (or half marathon?) by year end?

    thoughts / opinions?

    also any other good techniques for loosing on lbs? reckon im doing everything i can... infact sure i am..

    also, made a superb lamb curry for tonights tea - quite spicey, very tomatoy, and just super nomalicious!

    LMC - I know what you are saying. I just find it interesting that MIL doses her food liberally with salt and has these dizzy problems and more extensive hearing loss. Her doctor told her to up her salt levels to help the dizziness - hasn't helped though. Course, a lot of it, we are just putting down to old age. She needs to make an appointment for her hearing and my DH is going to go with her - he can ask the doctor then!

    Well I have eventually had a shower and got dressed,

    Have taken the left over beef from the freezer to defrost ans will to a cooked dinner later.

    Need to pop into town in a bit got stuff to post and need to sort some stuff out for DH, need to get prescription too sometime today for myself and ds1.

    Havent managed the supermarket though as roads/pavements too icy/snowy.
