QVC - any good? How to find stuff?

Hi, Hoping someone might be able to help.
I'm looking to buy a Universal knife block (the type that has lots of thin rods in to grip your knives), having seen it on QVC completely by accident last year.
Anyway, I've been looking all over the net and it seems even though postage is a tad expensive the cheapest place selling them in still QVC.
Only thing is I cannot find anything at all when I try to search the QVC website (dunno if I'm doing it totally wrong) I only found the product by a google search.
So I was wondering if anyone has any experience or advice in shopping with QVC, and using their website before I risk it.
Many thanks.

I've shopped with QVC lots. Never had a problem with delivery or with returns.0

I've never had any problems - and if you use Quidco they're pretty quick in giving you your cashback. My son bought a computer from QVC a few months ago. Even though he paid it over 4 months he'd got £30 cashback within 2 months - before he'd even finished paying it.0

I've used QVC and never had any problems. Delivery fairly speedy, never had to return anything, but I imagine they're pretty good at this too.December G/C 172.85/250

QVC aren't the cheapest on everything, however their 30 day guarantee can't be beaten. You can return absolutely anything, including make-up that has been opened and used, or even earrings for pierced ears, without quibble. They will give you a refund with no bother. I returned some jewellery to them that was faulty (stone fell out of a ring) - their customer service dept sent me a prepaid label so that I could send it back without cost, and this was well beyond the 30 day guarantee, so I was impressed! I have never come across anyting similar to their 30 day guarantee with any other retailer, so for that reason IMO they are superior to online shops.
I find their website very easy to use. Just start from the homepage - click on the QVC logo on the top left corner if you're going onto it from google. You should see a search facility near the top and towards the right. Also if you scroll down the home page you should see a list of ways to shop, eg shop by bestsellers, shop by brand etc.

Cannot fault QVC.
Purchased an Evesham laptop which was a TSV cost about £1300.
Returned to Evesham three times as faulty. After 18 months laptop still playing up, and original Evesham company folded.
QVC invited me to return laptop for a full refund including p&p.
I removed the hard drive and returned it. Refund was made the day it arrived at their warehouse.
Excellent customer service.
DanWe used to to shop at Tesco. But then we saw the light.0
