Advice needed thanks

I won the below Handbag comp on 14th December

"I'm pleased to announce that you're the winner of our weekly Bag This competition on Handbag.com. You should be receiving your prizes individually in the next few weeks. Please get in touch if you haven't received everything in the next four weeks or so. "

I have never received any of the prizes to date and it will be a month this coming week. I am not sure whether to give them a ring next week or wait a little longer as I know it has been the christmas break!

What do you expert MSE professionals think??

It's not been 4 weeks yet. And you have to allow for snow disruption. I won a Carling glass 12 Dec - It came today. Give it another week

Yep give it at least another week, we've had manic weather here which has caused disruption with deliveries etc well done on your win

With the weather/Christmas I would leave about 5 weeks before I enquire. Well done:j

Thanks for the responses. I am a typical woman and not very patient but will wait another 10 days or so and if I have received nothing will get in touch.
