Not sure if this is in the correct area of the forum or not. please feel free to move it.
I've just been to Accessorize (Hays Galleria, Tooley Street, London) and they have reduced all of their halloween costume stuff by 70%. Apparently they've done it in all stores too.
A venetian style feather mask was 90p
sparkley witchy tights £2.40
other things I saw... feather fan, glowing nail varnish, false eyelashes, wigs, flashing feelyboppers, etc etc. Most things in life are beyond our control, for everything else there is a spreadsheetson#1 born 04/01/09

I absolutely LOVE halloween! Did my pumpkin lastnight - carved a bat flying accross a full moon and little stars all into my pumpkin. We also have big pretend spiders webs and flashing skeletons to put on the front door and lanters all up our driveway. Seeing the little ones faces light up is so much fun!
We are all way too old for trick or treating but we are still all putting on face paint and capes to answer the door in! Just picked up devil and witch capes 29p each in my local newsagents and facepaint (pallet of red, white, black and green) for 49p only to read on the back 'use before July 2002' lol niiccccceeeeeee! ::beer::Everyone LOVES a freebie!!0 -
I reckon there should be two grabbit boards....
"Grabbits for those that want to save a few pennies"
"Grabbits for those that want to save a whole heap more"
As the noise generated by such "QUICK - save 20p on a cabbage at Lidl" type posts is astonishing.
I really find it hard to believe that someone would read that a pumpkin has been reduced by 70p & then go to all the trouble of seeking one out! Cos...
1. Pumpkins suck.
2. 70p isn't worth getting out of 'moneysavingexpert' bed for.0 -

but if you've been putting off buying anything until last minute it's worth knowing where they've reduced stuff!:rudolf:0
