1.To enter the promotion you must (i) complete the entry form and correctly answer the question on the JD website in the competition called “WIN A HTC SMART PHONE!” The winner of the Promotion will receive a HTC Smart phone on the O2 network(the Prize). 2. The Prize is non-transferable and is subject to availability. The Promoter reverses the right to provide alternatives if the aforementioned prize is not available. 3.Due to our Data Protection Policy entrants must be 12 years old or over at the time of entry. Only one entry per person.
