re zavvi. ipm or asa.

sorry for posting it again here but as most are aware of issues with zavvi and their "error" could i just please ask who it is to go to for further help is it the asa or the ipm???
My poor 15 yr old daughter broke her wrist i 5:eek: places tonight poor little mite was screaming in agony, all casted temp now and fingers crossed no surgery needed to fix.

    Id try the asa first and if you get nowhere with them then this is the email for ipm complaints@theipm.org.uk

    Gary try to give them some time to sort something out, then maybe approach a manager there before escalating it, they might have a protocol to follow before they can just give in xxxxx

    i appreciate that toni thats why im only going to contact the above places next week prob wed. But to be honest the offers they have made have come from the upper management at zavvi, at least thats what i was told on the phone today. hopefully they may change their minds before then and it can all be easily sorted but i have set a deadline of wedesday for it never really had to do this before!!!
