How to enquire to QUIDCO?!

Hi everyone, hope I'm posting this on the right board.

I'm a newbie to Quidco, only signed up in June, and they've just put my first payment into the bank.

But, when I checked my Quidco account, the total in the "paid" column comes to £6.50 (after you subtract the £5 admin fee), and they've only put into my bank £0.45 (£0.50 minus the 5p charge for using BACS).

I'm trying to find where on the site to contact them about it, and the only thing I can find is how to enquire about a missing transaction, which is not what I want to do. (I've done that in the past but they didn't bother getting back to me  .)

So... any ideas anyone?

Thanks in advance for any help,

Zippy

I have always just emailled them (general email under contact us) - they've always got back to me within a few days.

Coincidentally, I have had £25 outstanding from Freemans since Feb 06 - emailled them last week and got the standard reply of we have cahsed the company but we can't enforce it if they won't pay. Following week, Freemans paid out...

Yes that's right, you get charged 20p by Paypal, or 5p by Quidco when Quidco pay you using BACS. That's why I chose BACS.

hurdy, that's what I'm trying to do - do you mean go to Contact us then Comments and Suggestions; that's the only thing I can see that looked like what you suggested  , as everything else just takes you to a list of Q&As (don't you just hate it when they do that?! )

Mandles I always reset the cookies and empty the temp files folder in Internet explorer, this should help it track better.

If you dont and you have been to a website prior and then go via quidco it raises conflict and also a reason not to pay.

Zippy - it does seem to have disappeared. Try enquiries@quidco.com, thats the one they last used to reply to me on.

  • Hi, Here is how to make an enquiry:

    Go to www. quidco.com
    Sign In
Click: My Earnings (Top blue bar)
Click: Missing or Incorrect Earnings (In the big blue box at the bottom)

Then i guess you can work the rest out.

    Hope this helps

    Well....

enquiries@quidco.com didn't work (email failure notice),

so I ended up going to Contact Us, then Help, then "I can't find the answer I'm looking for" (how pertinent ), then Contact Us

and just put my query in there.

It remains to be seen whether I get any joy from them now!!

    Fingers crossed...
